Be On Track is a one-on-one program for grades 6–12. A dedicated specialist helps your teenager get organized, plan ahead, and follow through, so school runs better now and they're more prepared for whatever comes after graduation.
✅ A relaxed call, just for parents. We'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
If a few of these sound like your house, Be On Track was built for your family.
They understand the material, but everything waits until the night before.
Three tests in one week and no real plan for studying.
They know they need to email a teacher, but they keep putting it off.
A project is due in three weeks and they don't know where to start.
You've quietly become the person holding it all together.
You're looking ahead and wondering if they're ready for what comes next.
For a lot of bright students, the issue isn't ability. It's everything around it.
Here's what we mean ↓
Planning a week. Prioritizing when everything feels important. Starting something they don't want to. Asking for help. These are learnable skills, and middle and high school are a great time to build them.
Stay on top of classes, tests, projects, and deadlines, with a real plan for each week.
Write a professional email, schedule things, speak up for what they need, and show up prepared without a parent standing over them.
A four-year college, community college, a trade, an apprenticeship, or work. We help them explore what fits who they are.
The goal isn't for us to manage everything forever.
It's to build the systems and habits that let your teenager manage more of it themselves, a little more every month.
Not another hour of homework help, and not just college counseling. One consistent specialist, week after week.
We start with a parent and student strategy meeting to understand where your teenager is today and where they want to go.
We build an individual Be On Track roadmap around your student: classes, habits, experience, and goals.
What's due? What comes first? What's the plan for that test? Is there a teacher to email? This is where the skills get practiced on real life.
Summer jobs, volunteering, clubs, leadership, testing and application timelines, or a trade path, built steadily over time.
Dr. Meg has a doctorate in education and more than 20 years working with students and families. She has seen it again and again: being intelligent is not the same thing as knowing how to manage your life. Those skills have to be developed.
She's also a mom of four, so she knows the homework conversations from both sides of the kitchen table. Be On Track pairs each student with an experienced specialist from her team, and keeps parents informed every step of the way.
"Being smart and being able to manage your life are two very different things. Those skills have to be developed. That's exactly what we do."
Dr. Meg
Every student is different, so we don't promise grades. Here's what Be On Track is designed to help with.
What's due, what comes first, and how to get started.
A written progress update every month, plus regular strategy meetings.
Your teenager manages more of it themselves, and you carry less.
Real experience and a path that fits who they are.
A Be On Track specialist will talk with you about where your student is right now, what you're currently having to stay on top of, and what you'd like the next 6 to 12 months to look like. Then we'll walk you through how the program works and whether it makes sense for your family.
You don't have to keep holding it all together yourself.
